https://c.org/gbPjwgKwgs As you may have heard, Hazen High School canceled their football season after playing only four games this season. Hazen hired James Billotti in 2025 despite zero experience as an athletic director. The football season would have been saved if Hazen had a competent, experienced athletic director. The new football coach hired for the 2026 season was handpicked by James Billotti. After being initially impressed with the new coach’s plans to win, the players were shocked at the his lack of professionalism, student support, and basic enthusiasm for the team, so they turned to Billotti for support. They received nothing in return. This is the second Hazen program Billotti has dismantled with one of his handpicked coaches. in 2025, he fired the longtime dance coach who had just led the team to a state championship. The coach he replaced her with bullied the dancers and lied to parents. She was only able to retain one dancer after the transition. Nearly 200 students across football, cheer, marching band, and dance have been directly impacted by Billotti‘s inability to lead. Happy to answer questions and hoping for your support on the petition.

Hi, does anyone have a septic tank pumping company they'd recommend in the Lynnwood area? Thanks for any input!
I come from the east coast where there is no papa Murphy pizza. I don’t get it? Why take pizza home to cook? People who like it..why? Out of curiosity. Pizza dough typically is a high hydration dough and needs a very hot oven to get proper desired outcome..which is crispy and airy which happens from the hot heat and water. Not possible in home oven. Why not just get a frozen pizza? My curiosity is not to fight people. I thinks it’s an interesting business model and one that probably makes some money as you don’t need pizza ovens to operate. I just don’t see the appeal. Tell me why they exist. Also..any good wood fire places around the Renton area??
Hi all, My wife and I are new homeowners in Lynnwood. Our home has an old oil furnace. We just had it filled for the first time and we were quoted a price of $7.20/galloon. I know things are expensive these days but this felt high. Curious if this is in line with what others are paying? If not, any other provider recommendations would be welcomed.
Market and Ballard Ave. Curious to know if these flyers have shown up anywhere else or if this was a targeted act. As a gay man and former Catholic, I'm used to seeing this nonsense, but knowing there might be neighbors putting this stuff is always a bummer.
After my Patagonia trip, I fell in love with the Argentina sandwich cookies. Anybody know where I could find something like that around here? I have a hankering
ATHLEISURE COLLECTIVE has inked a deal to bring a new wave of wellness to the Port of Everett’s Waterfront Place, marking the company’s first expansion and second location in Snohomish County. On Sept. 10, the Port of Everett Commission authorized a new 10-year lease for approximately 4,000-square-feet and surrounding patio in Marina Village. The location is situated along the South Marina promenade between Anthony’s Homeport and Woodfire, and is expected to include three group fitness studios, a health focused café and retail offerings.
Talked to PAWS about the situation and they asked me to bring it in. I have never caught a goose before. Headed up there now to confirm it won’t fly (I got pretty close to it before and did not attempt to) and then capture. I’ll be at the west end of the circular path (near the entrance on Roosevelt) wearing a shirt with fruit on it. UPDATE: As of 4pm I cannot find the goose. Hopefully it either flew off or got rescued by someone else. Thanks to everyone for the advice and being willing to show up to help! ETA: I followed the instructions on the Washington State wildlife page, and talking to PAWS and being instructed to bring it in was where I ended up. I think animal control only intervenes if humans are in danger? It’d be lovely if we had a public service that rescued geese, but I don’t think we do. Also, it’s a juvenile greater white-fronted goose, not a Canada goose. They are much smaller. Unsure if they are less aggressive. Not broken up about not having to find out. https://preview.redd.it/d256vqnja4vh1.jpg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b9ab85be21e6f6be2f20bc03dac3d63d1b1cde44
The 3 7/11s near my house don’t have it & don’t know if they’ll ever carry it. Anybody seen one in the wild?
