I was considering going to Fright Fest at Wild Waves this year since ive never been before and this would be my last chance to, but the quality of the park declined so much I got more enjoyment from the WA state fair and Oktoberfest NW. So I was wondering what your second opinions might be.

i haven’t been to top gun seafood restaurant in quite a few years but finally found myself in factoria again today. it’s so quiet! what happened? i remember the lines and full parking lot back when i used to come for dim sum. the food is still good and quite reasonably priced, the portion sizes are huge! i’ll be making an effort to come back more frequently but hoping they get more traffic soon 🥹 the steamed spareribs with black beans was great 👍

There are pretty consistent posts here re: crime/anti-social behavior - and why our health, social services and criminal justice systems aren't responding to meet the need. I thought this was an apt (albeit very salaciously presented) case study of someone who seemingly is a current public safety risk, has escaped custody, and was given pre-trial release despite 44 prior warrants for failing to appear or comply with court orders. People in this reddit often post when there are cases of random violence perpetrated -- "why would someone like this be out of custody/not in in-patient intensive mental health treatment?". It seems that our state's legal system is set up so, and there are ongoing efforts to expand these rules to continue to rely on personal recognizance for any kind of treatment or accountability. Criminal Rule 3.2 (CrR 3.2 for Superior Court; CrRLJ 3.2 for courts of limited jurisdiction) establishes Washington’s standards for releasing an accused person before trial. The rule emphasizes non‑financial release unless specific risks are present.

Looking tj move to washington soon, started looking in the Kent area due to it being close to work. Any good apartments people would recommend that have parking at the complex? we have two cars and looking for 1-2 bedroom. The only place we’ve seen that’s nice and decently priced is Alexan Gateway, anyone have any insight on that complex if it’s good, bad, how’s parking, the crime, etc. ?

We are implants from Louisiana. I have a 4 yr old grand daughter and a 6 year old grandson. And our family loves Halloween. But, we are currently in South Seattle and our area is not really lit for anything like that. Any suggestions?
