I was referred to UW Medicine for endocrinology. I called to check in and they pretty much said they wouldn't be able to assess my referral or review my records for another 6-8 weeks, after which I could call and make an appointment for 4-6 months from then. So maybe I can get a follow up in 6-8 months. Anyone have better luck elsewhere?

Hello, I got a noticed that I received a ticket back in August. However I never got a ticket. The license on the ticket is mine (CWZ8018) I drive a yellow Toyota SUV. However the picture on the ticket is a completely random Chevy SUV with the license plate CWZ8010. I tired to request a hearing but it got denied because the ticket is over 30 days and they said I have to pay it. Anyone got any advice to deal with this situation? It’s not fair that a ticket that isn’t mine is getting sent to collections and I can’t get it dismissed because i never got the ticket in the first place. I had to look up the ticket on the Seattle court website to get a copy of it. Thank you.
