Just wanted to give a shoutout to Can Am in Lakewood It's my favorite spot around here and I feel like not enough people know about it. The pizza, gyros, pasta is really good, but the butter chicken pizza is what keeps me coming back. Seriously some of the best pizza I've had. If you're in Lakewood or near JBLM and tired of the same chain places, I would definitely give them a try. This ain’t an ad, just wanted to help support my favorite local pizza, since I felt like it’s a hidden gem

when is the next Pitbull night at Neumos? I missed the last one and this is the closest I’m going to get to his tour this year.… link to the last event - https://everout.com/seattle/events/mr-worldwide-night-playing-pitbull-friends/e249549/
Hi! I found a little plush cat sitting outside at the picnic tables all alone! I tried to bring it to the lost and found but the tour guide said that they didn't take plushies. I brought it home with me for the time being, but if anyone knows who this plushie belongs to, feel free to send me a message! This little one is clearly well-loved, so I hope I can bring it back to its owner!

Say No to Russian Diesel Rally at Overlook Walk to Seattle Waterfront Park. Rally is protesting against the waving of sanctions and purchase of ~4.8 million tons of diesel.
Hi! I’m looking to find a place near to a park for the sake of my older dog. Found a lot of great spots in central district where I’ll be working, but larger parks are 30 min walks away up steep hills. I’ve been cautioned on Judkins park, but want more insight. I’m also looking at places near Pratt Park. I’ve heard some folks say as long as you’re not on Rainier Ave all is well. I am a solo woman in my 20’s, not afraid of seeing unhoused people, and will have my car in garage parking, but want to ensure walking at night is okay. Mainly looking for somewhere that feels comfortable for me alone and offers reprieve from the city for him. I’d love to walk to coffee, groceries, and feel like an area has character. I’m from the south in a city often described as ‘dangerous’ that really just has culture and half the folks aren’t rich. So I’m curious on insight! I’ll be touring in person but only in town for a day and a half so trying to nail down whether I’m avoiding that area or touring one or two. I’m touring one near Pratt park as is. Another spot is central district bordering Madrona, and one in Capitol Hill near Pendleton playfield. I have my eye on one near Seattle university as well. Thank you for any insight!!
