Not sure if "Lost/Missing" is the correct tag, but 2 bikes stolen from Beacon Hill apartment. Both were locked to a bike rack in a locked, shared garage under video surveillance. Has anyone had botox injections for migraines administered by neurologists/neurology at Overlake Medical Center and can share their experience? Any specific providers recommended? My current neurologist is retiring and I am being referred to Overlake in Bellevue for my injections going forward. Do they only follow the migraine protocol there or do they adjust to follow the pain as needed and not make patients come out looking wonky? Thanks!

I’ve decided the rural life is really not for me. I’m hoping to move to Tacoma this summer (assuming I can find a teaching job?) from the upper peninsula and want to check out some of the stuff it has to offer. What neighborhoods/ places should I check out? Where do a lot of the youngish (early/mid 30s) people hang out? What’s the overall vibe in the city?
I’ve been looking around but i cant find any stores near me with any good boxing gloves. I’ve only seen Dick’s Sportings and Big 5 and there gloves are not the best. Does anyone have recommendations preferably around Everett/Mill Creek area?
