Pagliacci teamed up with Taco Time NW. It’s a real pizza you can order right now. There’s no red sauce. The pizza sauce is straight-up Taco Time hot sauce. On top of that you get their seasoned beef, Tater Fries, cheddar, pico, and a ranch drizzle. We got one tonight. My 11 year old’s review: “it taste like crisp burritos ... put pizza” Only on the menu through Oct 27: https://www.pagliacci.com/blog/posts/two-seattle-classics-one-pizza

I left in Seattle back before the summer to see what Portland was about and to change my environment. I missed all the hustle and bustle of Seattle, so I’m coming back. That is all.
My sister lost her keys in Belltown by 3rd and battery, she said she lost them while walking her dog. They have a key fob on them with a yellow kirby looking guy that says Hawaii on it and some other keys as well. Please let me know if you see them! I tried to post this on r/seattle , but I don’t have enough karma 😢
Ate at my favorite Indian restaurant in Bellevue, the server showed me the tablet for payment and literally said the words "20%". I'm wondering if this is coming from the restaurant management or that particular server? If there's tip pressure on servers I can imagine maybe the owner is keeping a cut. Alternatively the server was being obnoxious with the pressure to increase their own earnings. I'm inclined to not go there anymore but the food is amazing. Anyone else have a similar experience? It's a sit-down, not very fancy but not ultra casual either. It was NOT Banaras but another restaurant with similar pricing/sit down aesthetic.
Was wondering if there's any good conceptual art spaces here? Everything I've seen feels very aesthetic driven, decorative and repetitive... Passable had some cool stuff at the art walk yesterday. And I enjoyed what Actualize had on in Pioneer Square this month as well. But I'm feeling quite underwhelmed in totality. Help!
I lived in the historic Wayne Apartments (then known as the Belltown Funky Studios) from the start of September 2019 through December 2020, shortly before they were torn down. I don't actually regret it. They were honest with me--you'll be here for a year and a half or so, then we'll pay you to move out. I got the tenant relocation assistance money when I left. The landlord was, obviously, a despicable slumlord, but I rarely had to interact with him, and just like the property manager said when he was showing me the unit, I came away with a lot of stories. My apartment was right on top of the back of Lava Lounge and immediately next to the patio of Neon Boots, so until the COVID lockdowns hit, I'd drift off to sleep atop a roar of noise that I could physically feel. Fortunately I had good sleep meds. Anyway, it was $850/month for a one-bedroom in the heart of Belltown in 2019. I'm okay with the deal I got. Here's some pictures I took to document this historic building. I really wish I'd had a good camera and more time and resources to expand on that project. The place felt haunted by the ghost of itself.
Been going through a rough period. Hoping to move to Seattle to train with SANCA & Emerald City Trapeze for a year or two. Maybe next summer/fall 30, moving from Colorado, just me and my cat. Never lived on my own and am excited at the prospect of finally being able to. Any particular advice on how to make this transition smooth? Open to everything, but particularly wondering about housing, work & commute. I have a car, but I hear winter isn't super fun, nor the traffic if commuting by vehicle. Currently I work in finance and make about 56k a year. If I can score a job with about that same amount it would be ideal since I hear it's expensive. Any leads would be helpful in terms of work too. Thanks all! 🤗
It looks like Uwajimaya has begun construction on their new Issaquah store.
I need to have my bath retiled; nothing fancy, but reliable. Got anyone you like? Thanks! I'm in Ballard.
Hi, I’m in the market for a genuine leather jacket and would prefer second hand. The thrift stores I go to don’t usually have any in stock or my size and the vintage stores marks the prices up considerably. Any recommendations on where to buy?
