The price is right but it either cuts out or bogs down to dial up service. Have to unplug (reset) the router more days than not. Downtown Lakewood area. Other internet recs? Thinking att fiber

This will be my 4th visit to the market but my first time as a vendor. Looking forward to meeting people!
We have done the hotel function room three years running. The feedback every year is identical. The food was fine, it went on too long, and nobody talked to anyone new. Twenty two people this time. The company will pay for something decent and I have been told to make it good and given no further guidance, which is both freedom and a trap. Searched around and landed on Eventbrite, then ClassBento, then Peerspace. Eventbrite turned out to be public events you turn up to, Peerspace rents you a room and nothing else. The middle one is the only one with group workshops on it. What has worked for teams this size in December? Specifically getting past the bit where everyone stands near the people they already know.
I love this specific spot at Green Lake close to the Boat House parking. Every year the combination of red green and yellow gets me teary eyed 🥹
Any1 know where to get an escort for $200 or less per hour that doesn’t require a deposit, asking for a friend lol
Does anyone remember the band SP Unlimited from Seattle? They released a CD during the late 90's and played metal. The CD was called Overrated Lifestyle and I'm searching for a copy of it. Did anyone here have one by chance? I've talked to multiple band members and they are out. I'm a WA local and I'd love to get it archived. Anything helps! Thank you. https://preview.redd.it/izctia5y2euh1.png?width=600&format=png&auto=webp&s=74d16d9d68001df41995107076b5bd21de0f01b7

While Evans’ connection court bars anyone with serious criminal histories from entering the program (second degree assault convictions from the last two years, any rape or murder convictions), it also institutes a 90-day jurisdiction period where someone cannot break the law again. If they do, they’ll get booted out of connection court and have their case prosecuted normal-style. This is tough for people without homes who may receive criminal trespass charges for sleeping outside (connection court currently doesn’t connect people with shelter options, but Evans says she’s talking to Mayor Katie Wilson to set that up). "Those HiPRO cases aren’t eligible for connection court and face harsher recommended sentences." ~ Ninety days clean, nowhere to send anyone to sleep, and trespass is the charge. Eligibility rules are the policy, and these ones screen out the caseload the court was built for.
has anyone had any positive or negative experience living at one of these places? all have mfte units that I’m interested in. Broadcast is the cheapest so I’m more inclined to choose that one but wasn’t sure about the vibe of the building. I have moved so much in the last few years I want to make a good decision and live somewhere I can be comfy for a few years! edit: I have always lived in older buildings and while I love them, I really want in unit laundry this time around, it’ll be a small blessing for my ADD
I’d shocked at how blatant the whole process was. dude gets $60, Lam gets $60 and a small kickbacks to these scam ladies. The cashier screen even show SPAM $120. I now understand why they refused to move away even with the homeless hotspot. Turn out the hotspot is the reason they wanna stay. I’m disappointed given our city is even giving funding for their expansion.
