Mercedes sedan rear ended a black Mazda cx5 on 405 north around 5:25-5:30 pm today (10/01). Mercedes driver just drove off. Did anyone happen to capture dash cam footage of the plate number on a Mercedes with front end damage today? Any help or information would be incredibly appreciated. The Mercedes had pretty extensive front end damage

What are the closest Salmon Days parking options to Front street? In previous years, I would just walk a few miles to Salmon Days, but I have arthritis in my spine and hips and walking that far isn't a good idea. As a result, I skipped the past few Salmon days, but I would really love to go this year. Is there a close parking spot or shuttle drop off spot that could be an option?

I'm so frustrated. The traffic backs up like crazy trying to get onto 320th. The first 2 lanes allow right turn on red but barely anybody does this. Heck the inside lane is filtering onto a brand new lane, any traffic coming over the interstate has to merge into this lane so it's super easy to join. It's gotten to the point that I'd rather get off at exit 147 and work my way over. Don't folks know how to do a right turn on red? I know it's a big intersection, but the number of time there's no traffic on 320th and drivers just sit there and wait for the light to turn green. Don't even get be going on the light sequences once on 320th.. Grrrrrr..... OK I've got that off my chest... and breathe.... :-)

I've heard many wild tales and rumors about the place and it's owner/management, but I'm not sure what's really true and what's not at this point. What I DO know (because I work at a vet hospital as well) is that they're incredibly hard to collaborate with (getting records and communication on mutual patients is like pulling teeth and often takes WEEKS and half a dozen phone calls and emails per patient), that they do a ton of stuff that all of the doctors at my practice absolutely despise (like most recently giving a cat with an ear infection 6 different types of antibiotics, some of which are rarely used in modern vet med anymore), and that owners often have awful experiences with their care and are pushed into paying outrageous amounts for unnecessary treatment and diagnostics. So what's the real deal with this place?

I have a few afternoons where I am done early at work- around noon. I’d love to get out and explore without traveling too far, so I can get back for early evening kids activities. What are some trails, shorter hikes, outdoorsy things to keep me exploring in Snohomish County?
