Ring camera picked up someone checking car doors at 4am today. Make sure to lock em up. Didn't seem interested in smashing any windows, but he went car to car checking.

Hi everyone! My partner and I are moving to Asheville at the end of this month and are looking for someone to replace us as a tenant in our Lakewood rental. We’ve been here for 5 years and only had a few minor issues that our landlord (local guy in Lakewood) fixed within a day or two. Not leaving because of any problems with the house, just time for a change for us! It’s the 2nd and 3rd floor of an up/down duplex with the 3rd floor being a finished attic bedroom Great location in the center of Lakewood 2 off street parking spots Shared laundry in basement with downstairs neighbors (it’s been the same tenants the whole time we’ve been here who are very chill and nice) Available November 1st DM me if you’re interested and share what your situation is and I can share the Zillow listing and set up a tour :)

Hey! Deciding where I want to end up with a new job in Central District. I’m mid twenties solo female with a dog who’s transitioning from a quieter city. I’m looking for easy access to calm(ish) walks in a park so he can acclimate. So far I’m looking at these, but open to ideas so long as I can keep my commute under 35 minutes most days. I have a car, there’s no convenient light rail stop near my new job. Queen Anne West Seattle Rainier Valley Few of my options for apartments are as follows if anyone has experience. I’m keeping my search broad though so I can hopefully find what will be most comfortable for my pup. Open to any suggestions. Harbor Flats The Werner The Station at Othello Park Rainier 900 Thank you!
