After reading the unanimous agreement on reddit, yelp, BBB etc.. that Arboreal Property management is a horrible organization, I was able to wiggle out of my lease before moving into one of their buildings. I am working on getting back my security deposit, they claim it's processing but I can't seem to get them to confirm that in writing, so who knows if it's actually processing + the fact that I can rarely get them to communicate with me. Seems like a lot of other people have had similar experiences, does anyone have any advice or can share experiences of the process of getting the deposit back?

Like title says, found an iPhone in the street in Eastlake last night. Couldn't find any contact info and although the "find my iPhone" alert was buzzing I couldn't figure out any way to respond - no emergency contact info, name, nothing. It seems the phone has now been wiped of all data soooo if this sounds like it's your phone please DM me! Lmk what intersection/street you think it was lost at, what model of iPhone and what the case & background look like so I can confirm.
How much can Amazon/Doordash/Instacart drivers make a day in the Seattle area? I was thinking of working a few days a week. Is it worth it? My son is getting married in 1.5 years and I need to raise money for wedding expenses. 💒 Thanks in advance!!!
Hey all, I love buying unique advent calendars and wondering if anyone knows of any Seattle (or Washington) local businesses that make and sell their own? Usually around this time businesses will start taking pre-orders. Open to any type of goods. I've done the advent calender from Bakery Nouveux (which was awesome, highly suggest)
What are some recommendations for good bands I can listen to or go see live around Seattle? Preferably rock / shoe-gaze adjacent. Thanks!
A seagull just got hit by a Lime Glider near Occidental Gallery in Pioneer Square. It's alive but bleeding from the mouth. PAWS will take it but doesn't transport, and I don't have a car or a box. Looking for anyone who: • Knows A vet that takes wildlife or has the capacity to transport it to PAWS • Bring a cardboard box or carrier • Knows a wildlife rescuer who can come out Please comment or DM ASAP. Thank you
