I’m probably 3.0 rated currently but rusty. Used to be 3.5 - 4.0
So I drove a couple hours to buy a dirt bike from someone off fb marketplace, they gave me the title and we filled out a hand written bill of sale. When I went to the licensing office in Renton to get it transferred, they denied me because 1) The sellers signature on the bill of sale and title differed too much from each other 2) The title signature was missing a letter in their last name 🙃 Now the seller isn’t answering my messages. Has anyone dealt with anything similar before and any advice?
