Hey I’m about to move to Everett Washington on navy orders and I was just seeking some information and help on some affordable but safe studios/1bd apartments that are pet friendly and I’m ok with up to a 25-30min commute to base

I live right by the t-link station on 4th and stadium. I was just walking my dog and saw a white chihuahua or mix with a hoody hanging out by the fence between the sidewalk on Stadium and the schuster slope restoration area. There’s a big empty lot that’s fenced off and they were directly across from that lot. Luckily my dog didn’t notice them or he would’ve scared them off. I took my guy inside and went back to try to help or at least get a photo. As expected, the lil guy did not want me to approach and ran away further north a bit. I made sure he was not in the street but didn’t want to “chase” him down. I tried to snap a photo but it’s pretty dark and he moved before the time needed for the night setting to focus. White little doggy, probably a chihuahua mix, cute ears didn’t look to be cropped, and a hooded sweater (I think? It looked comfy) I think it was lighter colored. He is clearly loved! I’m sorry I couldn’t get him, but hoping he finds his humans 🫶

Basically what the title says. My friend had an unlimited card through their job that they had been letting me borrow, but that's no longer an option, so I need to get my own. For context, I take the light rail 2x a day / 5 days a week (to and from work), plus occasional other trips. I often take the bus to the light rail, but that's not a necessity. Thanks y'all!

Dear Hero of Saint Charles, Thank you for saving our street from my evil Toyota Corolla that was parked there and was apparently so ugly, SO horrible that you decided to complain to the police and get it towed. Your heroism deserves a medal of honor! I'm glad that there is someone on Saint Charles north of the train tracks who keeps the balance of justice in check! I'm glad you have so much time on your hands that you feel it necessary to care about my EVIL Toyota Corolla so much! I was on vacation and am new to the area so the parking rules were unfamiliar to me. I know now I need to move my car every 24 hours or get a parking pass with the city which I am feeling more inclined to do. This wouldn't have bothered me that much if I didn't know someone complained on our street which I live on and park on every day. This was a really great thing to come home to and makes me feel very welcomed in this community. This was my complain session thank you for listening Jack

Does anyone have a recommendation for a contractor to install a wheelchair ramp? Currently renting an aluminum one, but would like something long-term. Thank you!

What actually are the Seattle spiders on this year because this is beyond absurd. I’m practically desensitized to seeing big boys crawling around every corner but the sight of them suspended in midair has got me back on my toes.

Hi, I'm planning a date for someone I really really like and I want to meet in the middle which happens to be Seattle. I've only gone to Seattle for the aquarium, and random concert and drag shows and im having a hard time finding something fun that fits us since Google maps is just recommending things like bars and axe throwing. We're under 21, he likes horror and spooky stuff, cozy cafes, antique stores, generally witchy stuff. He's autistic so being able to step out , sit down or take a breather in the bathroom is important. I saw an 18+ burlesque show that seemed fun but it's not happening the day of our date. Im thinking about doing the Seattle aquarium but then I wouldn't be able to buy a nice gift since the aquarium plus food would be expensive. Does anyone have any spots they like that kinda fit?
