Hi, My partner was hit by a car yesterday (Oct 15) around 2:25 PM at 9th Ave N & John St , across from HEYTEA in South Lake Union. The driver failed to stop at a stop sign. My partner suffered a concussion and multiple injuries and was taken to Harborview by ambulance. We've checked with nearby businesses but haven't found any camera footage. Did anyone witness the accident or happen to have dashcam footage? Any help would mean a lot. Thank you!

I have about a year and some change of nursing experience, I have my thoughts of nurses going to NP school and how there should be a substantial amount of experience (e.g 5+ years before applying). I plan on eventually moving to Washington and I am curious on their selection process for any school? UW, WSU, Seattle university, WWU, etc. Mainly looking for FNP or AGPCNP programs.

Hey guys! My grandpa recently passed away to pancreatic cancer and my grammy is really struggling because she is super dependent on my grandpa and never did anything without him. My mom and I are trying to find fun little groups or activities to get her out of the house and get her mind off things even if it is only for an hour or two. She doesn’t have a ton of mobility she walks mostly with a walker so she can’t do like pickleball but maybe some craft groups or sowing groups or bible study things. Anything helps thank you!

Mods, please feel free to delete if this post is deemed inappropriate. Hi everyone, I (f28) have a snag on the road. In August, I hyper extended my right knee after doing a high kick on my left leg at home. Since then, I've been on medical leave from work and won't go back until October 19th, so this Monday. Thinking I'd get paid during my LOA, I promised my fiance (m33) that I'd see him in Shelton for a football game vs Evergreen. For context, I live between Chambers Bay and Curtis High School (so University Place) and he lives in Vancouver, Washington. The game is now tonight (at 7 pm) and he really wants to see me. I heavily rely on Pierce Transit and ended up waking up later because I had been up a little later than usual. My best friend (f25) would help me, but she can't because her husband (m25) has a job and has to use the car during it, which is in his name. One of my coach for Special Olympics (f58) can't access help because she's in NYC visiting family. My parents (m57 and f56) rely on Pierce Transit as well, so they can't do anything about it. Hopefully, someone can help me with this. I don't know anyone who is willing to help me. If anyone here can help, that'd be great. Thx (:

Hi All, I don't present questions often here but I hope this one will get some answers. In short, I am trying to find a foundation contractor who worked on my house last spring (2026) who seems to have disappeared. I need a receipt that gives more detail than the one I got. I DO realize I have been taken to a large extent - and that upsets me but I did get work done that should last another 40-50 years. That said, I got no permit and WA law states that I have to report that and get one. It ALSO pisses me off - sorry for the language - that these people had work going on throughout Seattle and paid themselves well. Excellent salesmen, the lackies did the work. The owners, naturally, did not pay taxes and probably any of the hundreds of thousands they got in the few months they worked for me. The name is (or was) King Foundation and Waterproofing. The guy had an Irish accent fwiw
