I own a 720sqft 1bd 1b + den condo with unobstructed waterfront views of the Puget Sound. I was ready to call this my forever home but I'm indefinitely relocating for a job (hopefully no longer than 2 years). My building requires a minimum 6-month rent contract. I'm trying to see if people want furnished apartments. Also unsure of how to price in the current market and if a furnished home is hold be more valuable. The unit comes with TWO parking spaces and modern appliances.

I’m 27M who recently took a new job in the area (healthcare). Going to be moving to the Columbia City area next month. I’m originally from the East coast, close to Philly. My work contract is from November to March but I may have the chance to extend it out longer. I would really like to explore the area as much as possible in my free time and meet new friends with similar interests. I’m wondering if there are things such as Meetup/Facebook groups I should look at or other recommendations for meeting people! My interests include: -Playing sports such as basketball, soccer, softball, pickleball (trying to find a league for the winter) -Running (Run clubs?) -Hiking/Parks -Trying new coffee shops/restaurants -Watching sports -personal finance/investing -travel Also feel free to PM! TIA
I was under the impression they were coming out only night. They are hiding under wooden platform. Keep a good eye on your kids if you are a toddler parent.
I recently posted in here that I moved from Ohio. I had my beloved hairstylist there but unfortunately it’s not an easy commute to her anymore. 😩 I have beaded extensions and I’m due for a move up and color refresh. Not sure if any salons out there would be willing to pick up where she left off, but let me know who y’all trust with your hair!! I have blonde, black, and burgundy color blocked hair which is making the hunt kind of difficult. Thank you in advance 🥰
Went to Jimothy Jaunt today and the route (mostly around Ballard/Fremont) was so pretty w/ fall colors and Ballard neighborhood's Halloween decor. Shout out to the organizer(s) again.
My first time at this theater. It’s sooo beautiful. And I’m a Gen X horror whore who loves found footage. Heaven!
Is anyone or does anybody know of any basketball coaches in West Seattle for one on one instruction. For middle-aged and I’ve never had any formal training.
As the title says, Oregonians responded strongly to an attempt for a surge in immigration enforcement in their state. People made their job impossible and they are back in WA this weekend because here no one is giving them any obstacles. Check iceout.org reports over the last few days for proof. Stay safe, WA.
Wayfair sent me two extra barstools that I don’t have room for or any place to store. Must be too expensive to return ship them so they are my problem to deal with. They are in the box with all the pieces and tools needed to assemble. All you need to do is pick them up.
Kings Furniture opened in the old bofa building for like 2 months never saw a single car there....now closed and boarded up. No reviews. Tiny building for a "furniture store"
