I was thinking to myself “ooo it’d be fun to take a ferry to one of the islands and have a lil weekend getaway to read and enjoy nature” but NO!!! Every Airbnb is at least a few hundred dollars for just two nights 😩 Then I tried to just Google bnb’s and see if there was anything not associated with Airbnb but also no. There aren’t really any and if there were they were just as expensive >:( I miss the days of renting a room in someone’s house or a cute lil bnb that serves breakfast 💔💔💔 Anyways, I hate capitalism and if anyone has any suggestions pls share 😗😗😗

Long lines this weekend. We asked why it was so busy and were informed that the lease was up for renewal and Bruno decided not to not to sign. Last day will be this Saturday. Bruno's was such a throwback restaurant. My parent's loved to bring friends there and the Hangover soup was one of a kind.
Entrance off of Athens until 3p. Stop on by and see us!
pretty much everytime I get on the light rail with my rad runer e-bike there's someone standing in the bike spot and they don't move they just sit there look at me see my bike and go back to playing with her phone that's so rude and stupid cuz now there's a block and entrance or move whatever side isn't going to be opening every stop
(Mods - I’m hoping this post is OK. Selling tix for what I paid. If not ok, please remove my post!) Hi there. I bought three tickets to the Seattle Over the Garden Wall concert by The Blasting Company for my daughter‘s birthday. The show is October 20 at 8 PM. However, she ended up needing to take a temporary job on the East Coast (she’s a HS English teacher & there are no jobs here), so we won’t be able to attend. I’m happy to sell them for only what we paid, and we actually got the tickets at the pre-sale price of $40 each. Currently, the price of tickets starts at $70/ea and goes up from there! The total we paid was $169. ($40 x 3 tix = $120, plus the service fee of $49.05 = $169.05) As shown on the receipt, these are the general admission tickets, which is that big area in front of the stage. Please respond below or DM me if you are interested in these. I’ll wait until tomorrow (Monday 10/12) to give folks a chance, then pick randomly from anyone who has reached out.
I know there used to be storage/container store in Lynnwood, but it’s gone now.
So in March I am planning my first visit to Seattle and I couldn’t be more excited. I also am planning on going to grad school at UW once I am finished with undergrad in a little under 2 1/2 years. (I know still quite a bit of time) But I want to check out as much as I can while I’m in Seattle! I’m also disabled so I want to know things that are most ADA friendly like which parks, museums, antique stores etc. Which neighborhoods are best to stay in? What bars/speakeasies would you recommend for people in their mid-late twenties? Lastly, if I wanted to go stargazing for a night, what would be the best place to go for less light pollution?
