Any time anybody, including me, mentions being skeptical of it, or worried that it will come down to hit everyone else, or not really trusting it, you get an immense amount of toxicity. I've been called MAGA, told I'm a Russian propaganda bot, that I'm stupid and watch Republican podcasts, and just overall insults and bullying thrown my way about how I'm insanely stupid if I'm not in full support of it. I don't really understand this. Why is it so wrong to be skeptical? Why is it stupid to be worried? What is wrong with thinking about it? Why am I not allowed to have any reaction other than "Hell yeah! Tax the rich!" They have never once promised it won't come to the rest of us. It's not in writing, it's not in the bill, they haven't mentioned this at all. There is reason to be worried about this. But you aren't allowed to. You just get swarmed by people insulting you and saying you're either stupid, a bot or MAGA and that's the only reason anyone would ever be skeptical of it.

Hey friends, where are we going to get refills of cleaning products or personal care items? Things like lotion, dish soap or laundry detergent. I searched and the last time this question was asked on this subreddit was 6 years ago, and the world has changed since then. It feels like there are choices (and actual competition) in PDX, but the Recology Store’s couple of locations are the only ones I’m aware of here. Am I missing something?
As the title says, does anyone know of apartments that work with recent Chapter 7 discharge? Preferably somewhere in the Bothell, Kirkland, Kenmore, and Redmond areas.
OneRedmond has announced that Redmond is now home to Washington's first and only Association of Nature and Forest Therapy-certified forest-therapy trails, offering residents and visitors in an official capacity a new way to experience the forest through guided forest therapy and self-guided “forest bathing.” The ANFT-certified Treefrog Loop at Redmond Watershed Preserve (which is ADA accessible) and the Lowland to Upland Loop at Farrel-McWhitter Park are part of the city's network of urban parks and natural spaces. ANFT provides forest-therapy certification and guide training. ANFT-certified forest-therapy trails are intentionally designed to encourage visitors to move at an unhurried pace, fully engage their senses, and experience the landscape more mindfully, according to a press release. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “forest bathing,” forest therapy is a research-based practice linked to benefits such as reduced stress, improved mood, and greater calm. Unlike traditional hiking, the experience is not focused on mileage, elevation gain, or reaching a particular destination. Instead, participants are encouraged to notice the forest’s sights, sounds, textures, and scents. “These certified trails give residents a new way to enjoy places they already know, while giving visitors another meaningful way to explore Redmond beyond the traditional activities,” said Kristina Hudson, CEO of OneRedmond, in the release. “They show how you don't need to leave the city to find a place to pause, spend time in nature, and experience Redmond from a different perspective.”

While driving down Madison I peeked over and saw this conniving smile behind the Doughnut Pantry plotting something sinister! A couple years ago a house on McKinley created something similar by adding giant eyes on the roof and teeth to the front porch! It’s such a simple but effective Halloween decoration! I have two tickets for tonight’s wellness event and can’t make it.
