Hi Marysville and Snohomish County Folks. If anyone is looking for work. I work at Pilot Truck Stop here in Arlington. We're in need of Maintenance Technician ( janitor) and other positions like cashiers and Deli. I'll tell you a little about the benefits. They are full time and part time positions and you get paid weekly. Pay starts at about $20.00 an hour. After 30 days you receive 40 hours PTO. You get $12.00 daily food allowance which can be used to buy most food at Pilot and all the menu items at the Arby's inside the store. You get 15 cents off every gallon of gas as well. I can pretty much promise you that if you apply online and call the store immediately. You will get an interview and possibly start within 3 to 5 days. You could be starting work as soon as this Monday. If any of this interests you. I've attached the link below including the store number. Edit: To answer some questions. Yes there is a 401K, however I know nothing about how it works. I invest through my bank and other options. No, unfortunately it is a non union job. It's a gas station. If it helps. They don't drug test and they don't do background checks. https://careers.pilotcompany.com 360-285-9615 I've been working here for three years and it's a good place. Maybe I'll see you here.

Meet and chat with other 3D makers on the Eastside at this informal meetup at the Bellevue Library. Consider bringing a recent model you’ve printed or a design you’ve made (whether a great success or an interesting failure). Connect with fellow makers, whether you’re into functional prints or aesthetic prints, a novice or been doing this for years. https://eastside3Dmeetup.eventbrite.com
I have a seizure disorder, and I hadn't had an incident in public in 2 years, until last Friday. The last thing I remember is walking up Broad toward Denny (next to the Cisco building), and the next thing I remember is waking up lying on the sidewalk with the EMTs and ambulance there. They took me to Virginia Mason, where I got a CT scan (concussion) and a lot of medical assistance to stop the bleeding, because apparently I decided to stop my fall with my face and that wasn't the greatest idea. A week later, I'm doing much better, my nose is still a bit rough but it's healing and all the other scrapes and bruises are healing too. There shouldn't be any long-term damage. Anyway, if you called 911, thank you. I know it's not the easiest thing to do, you're out walking the dog or going to a bar or getting home from work or whatever, and suddenly this unexpected thing happens and you have to react. I have been in situations where no one does anything, it's easy to pretend you didn't see anything, or blow it off as just some junkie passing out (another thing I've heard). But you did right (or multiple you's, I don't know, I was very out of it, or as we say 'in a post-ictal state'), and I thank you for it. Have a good weekend.
Caught this 9-10 foot bad boy snarfing a large salmon like it was a piece of popcorn.
Can anyone recommend someone I can talk to for some legal advice regarding wage garnishment? We got no notice before garnishment started from the debt collectors, and we didn’t even know there was money owed due to the court not serving papers correctly and we never received them. Any recommendations are appreciated.

I want to preface that I currently live in Nebraska, making 55k. I don’t have (and don’t want) kids, just 2 pets. I live pretty comfortably now, but I budget a lot and would like a little extra spending money. The company offered 90k, but I’m wondering if I should try to negotiate…
My boyfriend just moved into a new apartment and I was horrified to see the small but full size fridge is literally plugged into a surge protector power strip... is this legal?? Is this normal for older builds? This place was built in the early 1960s and barely has any grounded outlets as well I've seen a fridge/cooler in a mini mart catch on fire recently because it was plugged into a power strip just like this and y'all I'm shook...

Hi Neighbors, About 3 people including myself woke up to our cars booted, and literally 20 cars were ticketed for parking the wrong direction. The shorter dark haired parking ticket lady is getting EVERYONE! I even got a ticket for parking on that ridge by Nolita - where I have parked for 2 years, leaving plenty of access for garbage truck and cars. All of these tickets are roughly $75, and that's half a days work with Seattle minimum wage. I know a lot of us work together to all find street parking - while keeping driveways clear. Be careful out there, make sure to park the right direction!
