I’m new to the city. Where can I meet someone organically? Locking eyes used to be a surefire way to connect with someone and approach them for a conversation. But now it seems like, when eye contact is made, we all just dart our gaze away as fast as humanly possible. I don’t want to keep swiping away and wasting time on dating apps either. I’m open to most activities and I love trying new food. For those of us in our early 30s, where are we meeting people for potential dates?

I wanted to see if anyone had recommendations for a good Sheetrock company/guy. I only have a small shed so not a significant job but based on the Sheetrock work I’ve done in the past I really need a professional for this.

Long shot, but I am looking for a small point and shoot black film camera that was lost at either Flora Bakehouse or Costco this past Saturday. It is black plastic and has a short wrist strap that is orange/red. If you found it, please message me! It is my husband’s and it means a lot to him. He is especially devastated because there is a roll of film in it that’s already half shot. No questions asked, I just really want to get it back for him. Thanks Seattle Redditors (and yes I’ve already called Costco and Flora).

Hi all! I'm sure you've seen dental hygiene students post before. I'm a laid off Seattle-base software engineer who built https://lowcostdentalcleanings.com/ , an online bulletin board for dental hygiene students and patients to connect. It's for people all over the US, but it's been I've been marketing more locally for outreach since, well, I live here. I have 3 dental hygiene students from the Pima Northgate campus who would love to see you! Dental cleanings can range between $30-70, a bargain compared to private practice that can charge $400 and up. If you don't have dental insurance and haven't had a cleaning in awhile, consider contacting a student directly through the app. It also works both ways. If you're someone who's happy to be a patient for dental hygiene students as they cycle through, considering creating a post for them to reach out to you first! Sometimes, dental hygiene students may offer to cover your dental fees, transport, etc. So the dental care you get could end up being a freebie! I hope this app is helpful for you. Please pass it on to others who might benefit from this resource! Thanks for considering!
