Hi, my babysitter is sick and so we can’t make it tonight. Selling two tickets for tonight at the Paramount, $100 each, will transfer through Ticketmaster.

I currently own a townhouse zoned to attend Newport High School. My partner and I are looking to upsize and buy a single family home but the properties in Bellevue within our range are all old quirky homes. We are considering buying in Newcastle or North Renton to have our money go farther, but would want a good school district down the road. Is using the address of my current home (that would be rented out later) to send kids to Bellevue school district reliable? Have other people done this? Are there risks of kids getting kicked out?

My office does a charity event for kids every year on Halloween and this year we wanted to get some character make-up done for our costumes. I am a guy and have never had to deal with make-up in my life and have no idea what or who to look for and google is not being super helpful. Keeps pointing me to makeup studios and artists for weddings. I don't want to waste their time or mine inquiring for something they won't do so was hoping someone can help me out? We would need 4 characters done. Nothing to crazy. No prosthetics or anything just decent face-painting skills basically? I know air-brush is probably best but I know that's also likely expensive? We are doing comic characters.. and while we are good at what we do, we are not artists lol, so wanted to get someone more talented to help us out. Happy to answer questions. We don't have a huge budget but we could do like up to 4-500$ (maybe more but that's where were at right now) I honestly don't even know if that's low or high for something like this. Again this is for a kids event. We don't need movie quality or anything just something fun for them. This is in Edmonds btw. Hi! Looking for a therapist that actually helps with managing ADHD and eating disorders as an adult. Also dealing with trauma issues. I am currently on meds and I was going to therapy for a while and stopped a few months ago. I just didn’t feel like it was productive, we just talked about my issues but I never was able to get to the root or figure out something that worked for me. I have state insurance at the moment but may be able to do a sliding scale. Hopefully I can find someone that’s more south seattle. Appreciative of any advice/help. 🙂

Does anyone know how long their HVAC system has been broken? I wanted to get back in the gym and it was sweltering hot. Is this a new issue or something that’s been going on? I lasted 15 minutes. It was insufferable.

There is a tattoo artist in the area who is actively scamming people. He is no longer associated with any shop and runs a freelance studio out of an unknown location. He constantly posts AI, or photos of other artists’ stolen work, and passes off the designs as his own. The actual resulting tattoos are horrific. In addition, he encourages his clients to use a poisonous amount of lidocaine, and tattoos in an unclean environment where he is partially unclothed. What can be done? I understand some of the tattoo process involves a level of caveat emptor , but this is also a health issue. There is no excuse for permanently disfiguring people. I am not sure if he has any proper licensing. He appears to target young people offering cheap prices and “discounts” to tattoo designs he is incapable of recreating. He has no public website or contact info, only an instagram where comments are off. As someone who was once a dumb 18 year old with some money in my pocket and no idea what good tattooing even was, I don’t want anyone to make a huge mistake. Edit to add socials is “Wedo.culture” and possibly named “Jordan” but changes constantly.

As the title says, are many of us playing the new world of Warcraft Forever coming out on November 4th? I've been playing the beta for a couple of weeks, have really been enjoying myself and have already met about 50ish people from around Tacoma/Seattle/Bellevue region just from running dungeons in the game, and we're throwing together an all-locals guild, will do the meetups/hangouts thing and all that of course, etc. Some of us are already IRL friends and hangout pretty regularly anyway. Was wondering if many, if any people who browse the subreddit are playing as well and if they'd like to game with us too? We're on Horde, Lok'tar Ogar!
