We pay three times what the next highest paying country pays for healthcare. Except theirs is free and we don't go to see our doctors, dentists, optometrist, ... etc. because we have deductibles we cannot afford. Over half of us are one paycheck away from becoming homeless, much less hundreds or even thousands in deductibles before I get insurance to pay for approved medical and prescription coverage. Dental and optometrists are not included. I went to Walmart to have a prescription filled and I had a coupon for a reduced rate. The pharmacist said that the medication was a controlled substance and they didn't take coupons on controlled medications. I complained and she was able to get the 27.99 price instead of the 811.00 it would have cost without it. Please support Whole Washington in any way you can

Pam's on 45th in Wallingford has fallen on hard times, like many restaurants in Seattle. According to the gofundme set up for her restaurant, she has fallen behind in rent and has been struggling to keep the place operating. After celebrating the 20th anniversary of her restaurant, she announced that it will be closing on Nov 29th. If you've been wanting to try her delicious Caribbean food and drinks, now's your last chance.

I want to start working with a therapist or counselor due to all the stress at my workplace (new boss is creating it). I’m not entirely sure how to pick someone - any recommendations of someone you have worked with before? I am 50s, South Asian.

Everett people! if you’ve been wanting Invisalign… I work at a dental office in Everett (19th Avenue Dental suite 203 UPSTAIRS) and I just wanted to put this out there because our office is looking for more patients and I know a lot of people assume Invisalign is insanely expensive. I promise we are NOT a scam, we have hundreds of people who are satisfied with their smile, you can check us out on google! Our price is $3,279, and we have financing options that can be as low as $89 every paycheck (biweekly) depending on approval. We’re 19th Avenue Dental in Everett WA If anyone has been thinking about getting Invisalign and wants to know how it works or what the process is like, feel free to message me!
