Beware, I got scammed by this guy out of $50 trying to buy a ticket to a concert. I know, I shouldn’t have tried to buy anything off of Reddit but I was desperate. If anyone knows this guy, please let me know. I just want my money back. User: u/heiderm2 Venmo name: Tharis Terry

I just landed a great union job in Seattle starting around $95K/year, with a 7-year progression to roughly $150K. I’m relocating from out of state and will also have about $7K in relocation assistance. My biggest hurdle is credit. I went through a financially difficult few years and have some negative history, including old credit-card defaults. My situation has changed significantly with this new job, and I’ll finally have the income and stability to pay down debt and rebuild my credit. I’m 36 and looking for my own place — roommates really aren’t an option for me anymore. I’m looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom in Seattle or the surrounding area and can provide an offer letter/proof of employment, income, and relocation funds. I’m also willing to consider a larger deposit or other reasonable options if needed. Does anyone know of apartment complexes, smaller property managers, private landlords, or second-chance rental resources that are more flexible about credit history when the applicant has strong current income? I’m not looking for anything fancy — mainly somewhere safe, reasonably priced, and within commuting distance of Seattle. Any firsthand recommendations would be hugely appreciated.

Hello, Weird question but I’m wondering if there are any dads for hire in the area? Lol. Long story short I’m getting ready to start looking for a new car (probably early next year) and I am literally willing to hire/pay someone to negotiate for me (and knows what to ask about/ what to look at). I was in a rush buying my first car and realized that I ended up with an insane car loan. I think I did a LOT better and as good as I could with my second car, but at the end of the day I’m just a girl (24) who only knows a little bit about cars. I just really hate the experience of going there. :((( I’m looking for someone who can be really straight forward and knows the tricks to get a good deal. And it’s not as much for the deal as it is feeling satisfied knowing they couldn’t scam me. Even if you have to be a little evil, I’m here for it. Maybe an ex car salesman? Or a car enthusiast girlboss that can be a Karen if needed? Idk but if anyone can help I would love that so much!! Haha

I’m looking for a facial laser mainly to target large pores, facial texture, and minor laxity. Preferably in Bellevue Wa but the greeter seattle area is fine also. I would a physician done laser rather than an esthetician. Many don’t have before and after photos that are clear and many are done by medical estheticians.

I’m seeking a facial laser treatment primarily to address large pores, facial texture, and minor laxity. Ideally, I would like this service in Bellevue, WA, but the greater Seattle area is acceptable as well. I prefer a physician to perform the laser treatment rather than an esthetician. Unfortunately, many providers lack clear before and after photos, and some treatments are conducted by medical estheticians.

Ok, here goes. With the AI build out more or less putting the validity of fighting Climate Change on hold in addition to the wars, can the CCA also be paused? Fuel costs are a real hurt right now, especially diesel. Diesel isn't about rolling coal either or other virtue signal irresponsible nonsense. It is critical to commerce. With other states talking about allowing red dyed diesel in addition to the world building more fossil fuel plants to power AI in abundance, why are we paying a premium for fuel right now when it seems practically moot in addition to being a major financial encumbrance? I am not suggesting doing away with it, but a pause would help.
