Hi, My partner was hit by a car yesterday (Oct 15) around 2:25 PM at 9th Ave N & John St , across from HEYTEA in South Lake Union. The driver failed to stop at a stop sign. My partner suffered a concussion and multiple injuries and was taken to Harborview by ambulance. We've checked with nearby businesses but haven't found any camera footage. Did anyone witness the accident? Any help would mean a lot. Thank you!
