Currently liking in all of Snohomish County, but would love to be in downtown Everett. Thank you in advance!

Hey there everyone. My mother was hit by a bus this morning (she was a pedestrian walking) and I’m looking for more details if ANYONE has any. Happened around 5:45am on 10/14/26 Near Mill Creek Middle School, at the cross walk of E Pioneer St and Central Ave. Did anyone happen to witness anything? Any info would be hugely appreciated 💗
On a slightly less cursed note, it had no “STUDENT DRIVER” stickers!
We’re going on almost 2 years without an opening… Anyone have intel?
Even as a libertarian I find this to be rather disturbing because sex change surgeries, at least male-to-female, are done so well that apparently you wouldn't be able to tell that someone has has one. This has profound implications, such as for people who want to be able to have children, and no, surrogacy is an absolutely unacceptable solution considering how unethical the practice is. I will not even mention the other ethical concerns. As crazy as it might be to contemplate living in a world where you would have to ask someone for a genetic test before dating them, this is actually what young people already do in Iceland (I have family there) because the risk of accidently dating a cousin is so high. We certainly live in interesting times!
I'm wondering if anyone around here knows someone or is someone who is an illusionist or magician and willing to prank some of my friends. I would obviously still pay for their time. I'm hosting Halloween this year and I've recently learned that I will be having surgery the week after so I really want to make this party one to remember. I have a lot of different friend groups so I was thinking it would be funny to have someone come over as a "guest" but just be whipping out tricks the whole time until someone catches on. I've been talking about hiring a magician for at least a year so someone will eventually. Would probably be a great job for someone who is new and looking to test the waters with their tricks.

Hello! I’m strongly considering flying to Seattle from the Midwest for the first time Halloween weekend. I’m in my mid 20s and will be visiting by myself. Wanted to just post on this sub and see if there’s any costume contests or other fun events to check out that weekend that are relatively affordable. I’m super into music and anything horror related. Not trying to spend a fortune on any big music festivals though. In addition, what’s the weather like around Halloween? Any additional tips on visiting for a weekend are valued. Thanks
I'm ignorant so apologies but just saw this homeland security vehicle across from Wingstop and GameStop in Kent Edit to add: ignorant meaning I wasn't sure off the top of my head if homeland security = ice but a quick Google search let me know they are. Just want to keep everyone informed and safe!!
I just recently started a new job in that area, and it’s looking like I will have to take the bus at N 130 St and Aurora Ave N on my way back home at night. I know parts of aurora street can get pretty bad, how unsafe is this part?
