My mom's brakes and possibly rotors might be wearing out, and we're looking for an affordable place to get them checked or replaced asap. She drives a 2001 Toyota Avalon. She already bought new brakes and will buy the rotors too, so we're just looking for help with the replacement. Contacted the title insurance company, but it is taking over 2 years to settle a neighbor easement issue, and neighbors used to harass us, but at least they cannot do that anymore. The property should not have sold it to us either b/c of the easement issue. Title insurance has deferred payments but refuses to continue to do that any longer. As the owner, we cannot sell due to the easement problem (essentially the driveway). Title insurance has responded and has negotiated with them, but it is not complete. We need to sale asap! We do not have the income to make payments now. Any ideas are welcome. Would the Washington State Insurance Commissioner help with this? Thanks so much!
