[posting on behalf of a friend] Name: Penny Height: 12-13hh Breed: Grade Welsh pony Gender: Mare Age: Late teens/early twenties Colour: Flaxen chestnut/sorrel/red Markings: Thin irregular blaze/stripe Last known location: Spokane area, Washington state - 2012-2013 I'm searching for my childhood pony, Penny. She is a non-registered (to my knowledge) welsh pony mare that has had at least one foal. When we owned her in 2009, she was lightly broke to ride and drive. We sold her through Joyce Morgan/Legacy Farms in Loon Lake, WA to the Alberts family. They bred her and sold her a few years later to Gena Bettin (now Frey) in Tum Tum, WA. Gena had her for a short time before selling her to a family in Washington around 2012-2013. According to Gena, that family still had Penny several years later before Gena lost contact with them. She does not recall who she sold Penny to nor where they live. She was my first pony and really inspired my love of horses. I would love to be her final home and buy her back, but pictures and an update on how she's doing would also be incredible. Thank you so much!

Any recommendations on a person or company with reasonable rates? We would likely buy the new toilet.
I can understand how an app could show different prices to customers but how is that done in store? I am not seeing signs change; is that even possible? Or is it done at the register by giving different "discounts" to different customers?
There's a lot of apples floating around Shoreline right now -- if you want to come make them into cider, this event on Sunday is for you! We're getting a cider press from the Shoreline Tool Library and making as much cider as we can in two hours (maybe longer if there's energy). Bring a mason jar or two as well. There will be food at noon, though no guarantees how long it will last. This event is primarily for families with kids, but ALL are welcome. There's a playground near the cider press for the kiddos, too. Shoreline Unitarian Universalist Church 14724 1st Ave NE, Shoreline, WA 98155 Noon-2pm Questions? I'm planning a trip for myself, my MIL and SIL in the new year. My SIL is vegan and gluten free so I wanted to get some restaurant recommendations. Also, would love to know where the best dumplings are. TIA!
The agreement with Talkspace, worth more than $2 million over 21 months, assumed that 2,200 to 4,400 individuals would register for therapy services. But city data from the most recent school year shows only 442 young people matched with a provider and received therapy. [...] City invoices show Talkspace billed the city a monthly fee of $104,500, no matter how many young people used the service. Of the 1,762 Seattle youth who registered last school year, just one-quarter went on to connect with a therapist, and that could be limited to a single text, city records show. [...] Two local providers specializing in culturally competent mental health services were paid hundreds of thousands of dollars less than Talkspace, yet one served more clients, city data shows, and another served nearly as many. ~ The invoice was identical whether 55,000 kids used it or none did. That is not a program that underperformed, it is a contract with nothing to perform against.
Any recommendations for budget friendly wedding photographer ? What would that cost ? I was thinking of asking a friend to take the pictures but if I can get a budget friendly wedding photographer then that would be great.
The latest venture from chef Victor Steinbrueck is opening this week. It's called GoodMart, a seafood market and deli serving lunch and dinner on Ballard Ave.

This week it will take place this Monday, at 7:30 PM at The Pine Box, 1600 Melrose Ave. We will most likely be seated under the covered patio - if you see a group of Smash Bro gamers out there, then that means we're up in the Mezzanine! If you're ever uncertain of where we're at, you can ask the bartenders and they should be able to point us out. Please note that The Pine Box is 21+ only. Start time is typically more like 7:00, as people tend to show up then to order food, chat, and just socialize. Don't worry if you don't see any games as they'll be brought out soon enough. Start time for board games will be at 7:30, so if you don't want to be left out be sure to show up before then! If you're new, look for the collection of board games people usually bring. We ask that you please order something, even if it's just one beverage. The Pine Box is a public bar, and we need to respect their business needs. FAQ: Q.) How often does this group meetup? A.) Unless stated otherwise, this is a weekly meetup. Meaning every Monday we try to gather up and socialize. If we are skipping a week for holiday or some other reason, it will be noted in this post. Q.) What kind of games are played? Should I bring mine? A.) A whole slew of games are played; from short games like Codenames and Liars Dice, to longer ones like Evolution and Colonizing Mars. And feel free to bring your own games, too. You might find some people who are interested in trying it out. Q.) I don't really know how to play any board games besides x, y, z.... Will I be welcome here? A.) That's completely fine. There are plenty of people who are willing to explain the rules and do quite a good job at it, too. Q.) Speaking of being welcome, what kind of people are allowed to attend? A.) Everyone is welcome, so long as you are polite, respectful, and considerate of the other patrons.
We found a dog roaming around Magnolia while walking our dogs. He didn’t have a collar, so we don’t know who to call. People in the neighborhood don’t seem to know as well. I’ve never been in this situation so we’re posting this for help
