Hello, I live on the east side of the state where we are very short on mental health professionals. Are there any recommended psychiatrist/prescribers in the area who accept Medicaid? I'm looking for a therapist for my son who is a with 26-year-old prodromal schizophrenia. His care so far we have discovered is terrible! I know the system itself is very overextended, but my son with two masters degrees can't hold a conversation hardly because he's on so many meds… His current psychiatrist had him switch meds four times in 10 days while being on five others which ended up with him being in the hospital again. It took a long time for him to be able to recognize the need for help and now that he understands that we can't get it. He also needs therapy sessions because despite us repeatedly asking we've never been connected to a talk therapist unless he's been hospitalized. Thank you to anyone who can point me in a direction that's helpful.

Why would someone think burning a car is a good idea. I live near the Judkins park area. I was shocked when I first saw it. This was my first car and it was only 2 years old. I was upset when I came out and saw the next day. Yes you read that right. I did not know this until the next day because I was street parking a block away. This was a pretty bad experience and I'm going to move from that place. The SPD filed a report and I have claimed my insurance. Anything else I had to do that I missed? Edit: We have found footage that someone explicitly starting a fire by throwing something lit beneath the car.

I’m moving to Tacoma this February for a job transfer. What’s it like living there? I’m most likely going to live in University Place. I have a new car and I heard there are property crime in Tacoma and that concerns me. Is a garage or gated parking lot a necessity living here? I’m very outdoorsy so I’m so excited to live closer to the mountains! Any tips on meeting out outdoorsy people around the area? I love hiking, camping, and going to get into mountaineering when I move
We're looking for someone to come to our local shop in Renton and be featured in 5–7 short, fun TikTok-style videos following current trends. No need to be an influencer or have a big following! We already have someone to handle filming, so you just need to be comfortable being on camera and have fun with it. If you're interested, send me a DM! We can discuss the details, schedule, and payment.

I made a site to catalog the origin of every street name in Lakewood: https://lakewoodnamedfor.nathannoll.com/ Right now, the only source I have is a 1962 collection of stories about street names but it only covers 74 streets, leaving 133 of unknown origin. Can you help me solve them?
Hi! I'm thinking of taking my 15 year old to Seattle the 2nd week of November. We've never been. Southwest is having a great sale. We live in San Diego and don't mind the rain, since it's constant sun here and we want change. We'd only be going for 5 full days. Any recommendations? Would like to go to Deception Pass and some islands. Also wondering if it's worth going to Vancouver for a night or two? Thanks!
So I don't feel safe anymore going to the 24 Hour Fitness in Alderwood Mall, y'all I didn't think much about it last time but I went to the pool at like 2pm the first time I went to the gym, did my PT in the pool corner making sure I wasn't disruptive or anything and I saw this guy like squatting in the pool entry ladder with his back to the lobby for like a hot minute I kept looking over to see if he was EVER gonna use the pool cause I thought he was a fuckin weirdo but he left eventually or swam IDK I know there was plenty of people Tonight I go at 12:30 in the morning and GUESS WHO SHOWS UP. DOING THE SAME WEIRD SHIT AND LOOKING AT ME. so I like moved down the pool and shit and he pretended to swim and follow me and like kept looking at me and shit SEVERAL TIMES. I MOVED A FEW FUCKIN TIMES and I eventually like bit the air at him and stayed near the other end where a dude was waiting for his friend who was swimming and hid my boobs with a noodle until he left. Then the guy who was swimming laps stopped immediately cause he was just keeping swimming until the guy left which was super cool of them they were rad The guy who was the pool jerker (probably) got dried off and dressed IN THE POOL AREA NOT GOING BACK TO THE MENS ROOM AND WENT OUT THE DOOR TO THE LOBBY INSTEAD. I told the front desk people and they were JUST as creeped out as me (shout out night shift y'all the real MVP) and hopefully something gets done to him so other people don't have to go thru that? It just made me feel icky and I had to take an extra long shower when I got home *shudders* bleh So uhh watch out if you go to Lynnwood 24 Hour Fitness and you have boobs cauuuuuuuuse there's apparently a creep!
Thought I'd share here so the woman hopefully sees this and feels any amount of shame. But also to educate some of you. The fact that no one said anything to her feels very Seattle to me. We must not let shitty behavior go unchecked otherwise it will just happen to the next group of people.
