Hello all! I was wondering if anyone knows of any good family oriented Halloween events happening in Puyallup this month? I think last year there was a walk downtown through the main business streets for trick or treating, is there anything else? Trunk or treats? Spooky events? Thank you! 😊
About 730, a large amount of handgun shots were heard uphill on South Beacon Hill, not far from MLK and Henderson. It appears that quite a few police cars arrived not long afterwards. I heard at least two different caliber handguns each with a switch to make them into a semi automatic. Anybody have any Intel on what’s going on?
I own a 720sqft 1bd 1b + den condo with unobstructed waterfront views of the Puget Sound. I was ready to call this my forever home but I'm indefinitely relocating for a job (hopefully no longer than 2 years). My building requires a minimum 6-month rent contract. I'm trying to see if people want furnished apartments. Also unsure of how to price in the current market and if a furnished home is hold be more valuable. The unit comes with TWO parking spaces and modern appliances.
I’m 27M who recently took a new job in the area (healthcare). Going to be moving to the Columbia City area next month. I’m originally from the East coast, close to Philly. My work contract is from November to March but I may have the chance to extend it out longer. I would really like to explore the area as much as possible in my free time and meet new friends with similar interests. I’m wondering if there are things such as Meetup/Facebook groups I should look at or other recommendations for meeting people! My interests include: -Playing sports such as basketball, soccer, softball, pickleball (trying to find a league for the winter) -Running (Run clubs?) -Hiking/Parks -Trying new coffee shops/restaurants -Watching sports -personal finance/investing -travel Also feel free to PM! I recently posted in here that I moved from Ohio. I had my beloved hairstylist there but unfortunately it’s not an easy commute to her anymore. 😩 I have beaded extensions and I’m due for a move up and color refresh.
