Down by Fauntleroy ferry dock and I swear, I don’t remember the foghorns ever being this loud, this long at 3am. There’s not even ferry traffic now… oof.

Heard about 3 loud booms in the past 40 mins. Just wondering if anyone has any idea of what it could be?
You bought my mom dinner at Cornelly last night. She was visiting and having a great time and you made it even better. Much appreciated.
(I'm not affiliated/a sponsor/etc, but will be volunteering Friday and Saturday and was asked to spread the word to see if anyone else would be available to help! Not selling anything! I've never volunteered with this event so I can't vouch for anything, but it's free for volunteers so I wanted to share.) This Saturday October 10th there is a fun run at Lumen Field called Night Nation Run that is still in need of volunteers! Full event time 3:30pm - 10pm Different shifts available, avg 3-4 hours. Per the email about volunteering: -Free volunteer t-shirt (MUST wear the entire shift) -Free parking for volunteers -Wear comfortable, movable clothes. Some WILL be on their feet for the entire shift - so sneakers are a must. -Bring Snacks/Food with you as we are not able to provide food but we will have water :) There will be food for sale at the event. -Leave anything you can't fit in a pocket at home - Only cinch sacks/fanny packs are allowed into the event. (can be a cinch style backpack, same as the ones included in registration) - Do you need to have a form signed for hours? Give it to the volunteer coordinator! -You will receive your FREE registration for the event at the END of your shift for Friday volunteers (unsure if Saturday volunteers receive free premium reg, you would need to verify with Kim the Volunteer Coordinator at [ [email protected] ](mailto: [email protected] ) , but if you're doing one of the shifts that ends at 8pm, you can ask to be allowed to run with the last wave, I will be!) Volunteering spots link: https://runsignup.com/Race/Volunteer/WA/Seattle/NightNationRunSeattle#volunteerTask-559490 Event page: https://nightnationrun.com/events/seattle/ "Night Nation Run is a glowstick DJ dance party style event, and not a timed or competitive run. Dance the night away, as lights, fog, cryo, confetti, and giveaways rain down on you!"
Sorry if this isn’t allowed. I’m looking to sell something that’s tickets for an event in Seattle and I’m not sure where I can advertise them? I’ve been going through some personal issues and won’t be able to make it to Seattle for the event, I’m also not able to sell or cancel through Ticketmaster. Thanks!
I made a site that tracks how reliable busses and stops are. Give it a try and let me know what you think. I can't post the link or else the post will get taken down. Go to transitreliability.com

I’m hoping Reddit can work a little magic for me as I've been losing sleep over this 😭 I met a guy at the Fantasm show at Cannonball Arts in Seattle on September 11th. We ended up sitting together and talking for a while, and honestly, I really enjoyed meeting you. You were incredibly sweet, and you even took a few photos of me. I unfortunately realized afterward that I never got your contact information. 😭 I remember your name as Nikiah/Nicaiah (I’m not sure of the spelling), and I believe you’re around 38 and from the Seattle area. A few things I remember about you: You’re strikingly tall. You’ve lived in New York City / the West Village •You have a tattoo on the inside of your left arm that is a soundwave • You had a really warm personality and we had one of those conversations that stuck with me afterward • I know that's probably a long shot, but I've genuinely been kicking myself for not getting your information before I left. 😭 If this sounds like you, or if you think you know who I’m talking about, please message me. I’d really love the chance to say hi and meet you all over again 🫶🏻 And if you're reading this, Nikiah/Nicaiah: I hope you’re doing well.
We currently live in Ballard in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment that is dated and noisy and we also feel as though we have now been priced out with what the next lease has increased to ($3500). Our lease ends in April and we are trying to find something family friendly with a good amount of storage that rents for less than this. Ideally we will stay in north Seattle. We have children at a location elementary school but can continue there as long as we live in the SPS district. When should we realistically start looking? Is there anywhere better than Zillow? Any place specifically that anyone would recomend?
Sorry if this isn’t the right place to post, but I’m looking at leasing a commercial space in Bellevue that I really love. The current tenant is leaving and told me they’ve had issues with the landlord, including NNN increases of thousands of dollars that they had to have an attorney dispute, ultimately resulting in a refund. They also said the landlord didn’t want to renew their lease because they didn’t like their business. Obviously, I’m only hearing one side, so I want to do my due diligence before signing anything. Does anyone have recommendations for a commercial real estate/contracts attorney who could review the lease? Or any advice on red flags I should look for in a commercial NNN lease?
