What are you guys opinions on the best Thai food in the area? I’ve been to Thai Thai, Banana Blossom, and Thai Kitchen. I did find Thai Kitchen to be lacking in flavor, but I have heard so many good things about it. I loved Banana Blossom when I had it, and Thai Thai wasn’t note worthy to me. Maybe I should give Thai Thai and Thai Kitchen another shot?

I keep trying to get over to the U District to get my ps5 controllers fixed but the light rail station is constantly full and parking in the UD is near impossible. Does anyone know of a place that repairs PS5 controllers here in town or possibly Everett? Thanks in advance!

REPS is hosting it's annual showcase in Bellevue, WA at the Hotel 116 this weekend. We will be recreating live performances of over a dozen old time radio shows. This includes live sound effects and live musical accompaniment. Plus interviews with some of our stars. There will be a silent auction and plenty of opportunities to win prizes. On Sunday we will be honoring Larry Albert for his work with Jim French's Imagination Theater. Thanks to grants from 4Culture, Bellevue Tourism and the City of Bellevue, attendance is FREE in person or to stream online through Zoom or yesterdayusa.net. It's a lot of fun and family friendly. Just in case they ever re open just know they suck. I live up the street from them. All the employees park illegally and are blocking driveways. They regularly left trash out and attracted even more rats to the area, and the cherry on top is they closed/moved out on the 1st and left this pile of shit on the sidewalk. So if you need free restaurant equipment, come and get it.

Contemplating a job offer in Seattle. It's about 15k more than my current salary, but more in line with what I want career wise. And my partner and I have already been toying with the idea of moving north. I currently live in Tacoma, but work in Kent. Looking online, most websites say Seattle is ~20% more expensive to live in. Is that accurate? Seems like a huge difference considering how close they are, though it is King County compared to Pierce. We do go out from time to time, but meal prep over eating out and commute would be (hopefully) shorter. What price differences should we consider? Any help is appreciated

Hello Redmond Reddit! I’m looking to move back to Redmond. My current apartments floors are so thin when people walk it sounds like stomping. I was curious if anyone knows if any of the buildings below have concrete floors or know anything about how sound proof they are? And overall experience! - Modera Rivertrail - the Vega Broadlight - the Charles - Verde Thanks!
