I need help from somebody that can explain LH to me. My neck and face hurt and the hospitals won’t help I really need and this is my last resort. It is kind of life and death situations. My whole face is broken and I can seem to get the hospital take me seriously so I can get this AirTag out. It’s list stuff and an AirTag. They showed me the x ray but not able to help me get it out. I need somebody to help me desperately, kind of a life or death situation

Hi! I’m looking for recommendations for a personal trainer, fitness program, or classes to help me get into better shape over the next 2–3 months for an upcoming formal function. My main goal is to reduce some stubborn belly fat and look/feel noticeably fitter by then , however that can best be achieved. I’m open to different types of programs — HIIT, group strength/cardio classes, F45-style workouts, personal training, or a combination — and would love advice on what tends to work best for this kind of goal. I’d also love to hear from anyone who’s been in a similar situation and what worked for you. Would especially appreciate recommendations for trainers, classes, gyms, or programs that can help achieve noticeable results in 2–3 months without being overly extreme. Thanks!

Hopefully the mods allow this Anthony’s post. The last 2 times we have visited Anthony’s, I’ve ordered the clam chowder. It’s seems different, less creamy white and much thicker. Has anyone else observed this? It’s still good clam chowder, but is definitely different imo. Thanks

Hi all, long time lurker. Every city has their problems and you ask any member or commuter of that city what it is you would probably get a different answer. I realize there are a plethora of parks and thats something that is not exclusive to seattle but this area is general does a fantastic job of providing all from pierce to king county there are beautiful parks. That being said, kids, are seen as dollar signs as opposed to the next generation of Seattle and greater area citizens. The price for anything associated with children and getting children anywhere in Seattle can be the most stressful experience imaginable. Give an example. Had to get dropped off in downtown Seattle and bring my early elementary school child. This child needs a booster seat. I goofed up and when we were dropped off completely forgot to grab the small seat. I was obviously annoyed with myself and thought "I will just buy another one". Impossible. Unless someone can enlighten me. But downtown there is not many places to purchase a booster to get my kid home safely. Went to several stores that were in walking distance and the only option was at (I want to say Macy's?) for the low price of $300. Granted the store was geared more towards the upper of upper class but it was a headache. I got my kid home safely by waiting for the train and having a family member meet us at the station when we got off south. There is not a lot of empathy for parents and I have been punished economically for being one. Any good paying job in the area is either Boeing where you are at the mercy of the union for what shift you work and a lot of DOT and Metro jobs that in my experience ask for the most insane on call hours and worst shifts imaginable for a parent. I see numbers of declining teen and kid population. Some schools have small kindergarden classes. Has anyone taken a kid to a ball game? The great American past time here in Seattle is home to Climate Pledge, T-mobile park, and Lumen field if you add up the amount that tax payers paid for these projects it would total somewhere around 2 billion. If the tickets were not expensive enough. Paying for a basic water, food, and experience easily costs a good $50 for the child. No food for the parents. Thats for one child. This is a bigger problem than people think and its been getting out of hand. Then there is overall culture of Seattlites, I don't like painting with a broad brush, but in my experience people don't seem to care about children, the fact one is around, or that they could potentially say or do something inappropriate. Another example. Driving through Ballard I think this summer. Have my son in the car. A group of naked bike riders cruises through in broad daylight. For awareness of cyclists being hit. Why? When you were a kid did you want to see Miss Pritchard's labia flapping in the wind? I am an openly queer father in an interracial same sex partnership with a child. That can come with a lot of shit. I want people to be open and free to who they are. But I'm scrolling through reddit one day during pride month and there is grown naked men at an outdoor event with children. Its not punk rock... It's not edgy or culture or a vibe. It's rude and fucking weird. If Seattle doesn't foster a generation that grew up there and takes pride in the city its going to continue to become a gentrified nightmare. This is a long post and I'm not just trying to bitch I bring this up because when I go to the city I see beautiful brick buildings, there is an underground with history, there are amazing sports teams that are too expensive for any local that isn't a tech oligarch to bring their children to. TLDR: Lots of parks but the overall culture hates kids and needs to do better. Youth population is declining and makes complete sense as to why.
