Is it safe to ride the light rail after 9PM from Westlake or Symphony station to Lynnwood Station?

My best friend is coming up for a visit next weekend and we want to get saganaki in a slightly more upscale Greek restaurant (I'm usually the fast food greek type). Where is the best in the city? Bonus points for places nearish the lightrail (I don't own a car, but will Uber for saganaki, if needed). Also, she is from Oregon and loves her Dutch Bros. blended kicker drinks... I think it's Irish creme? Any good recs for a similar drink in the city? I was also going to ask about salmon viewing at the locks, but I see someone else asked (maybe in /seattle... hoping to see a couple when we go. Thanks, neighbors!
Hey guys, if you found any AirPod in the dog park today, I was there around 5.30-7.30pm, if someone else was in the same place and they saw it, please let me know😭😭
Hey there, Eastern WA and those who love it! Broad question for you: if you had to stay one night in eastern WA, where exactly would you stay? I’m talking specific lodging -hotel, guesthouse, lodge, etc- in the whole of EWA. To make it more fun, let’s say budget isn’t an issue. What do you say?
What the hell’s going on tonight, streets from Denny through Mercer and Western are absolutely gridlocked. Never in my 2 years here seen it this bad, not in summertime, not even during the World Cup.
Hi everyone! 💅🏼 I’m looking for recommendations for a good nail artist/salon in the Lynnwood area. I used to go to JNP Salon in Lynnwood and really liked them, but I recently found out they moved locations. 😭 So now I’m looking to try somewhere new! apparently they moved to Everett. I’m mainly looking for someone who does gel/acrylic or structured gel nails. I’d love to hear your recommendations for someone you personally love and trust! 🥰 (I’m open to try someone who runs a home-based nail business) Preferably somewhere in Lynnwood or nearby, Thanks
Living near the train route along Alaskan Way, I was told that the section between Wall and Broad is a city-mandated, 24-hour "quiet zone" for trains. That they aren't to use their horn in that section unless it's to avoid an imminent collision. And while the vast majority of trains do not use their horn along that section of track, enough do that it's a regular occurrence (and it's been my experience that the ones that do it the most are Amtrak lines). So my question is this: is there any way to address this with the city? Does the city actually give a shit at all if trains are violating the quiet zone? I know this sounds very "first world problem," but it does get a little obnoxious to frequently be woken up by trains sounding their horn along that stretch. It isn't every day/night, but it happens regularly enough that being startled awake by them has gotten pretty old.
Tech has gotten crazy! I think I saw a 911 drone flying near the downtown park some time ago.
It was headed East and was huge!!! Saw it out of the corner of my eye and it just lit up the sky.
I've seen some posts but haven't seen any ones made recently. Any good bang for your buck meals around here?
