Taco Time is delicious. Who cares if sour cream and shredded cheddar aren't "authentic." What's so special about authentic anyway? The only thing LA taco trucks or LA taco stands have going for them are tasty meat. That's it. Other than that, they're just one trick ponies without the variety or pizazz of Taco Time. Everything else at Taco Time is superior. Ok, not the salsa. Taco Time salsa is bland and weak. But everything else at Taco Time except the meat and salsa are superior to LA street tacos. LA street tacos are overrated because people like to think that they're getting something "authentic." Well, you get a much greater variety at Taco Time. The open LA open face al pastor with a few meager ingredients just gets played out compared to Taco Time variety and flavors that pop. Bring your own hot sauce to Taco Time and you're all set. Give me a crisp chicken or crisp habanero burrito, or a fish taco, or a beef burrito with sour cream and guac from Taco Time any time over that same old played out boring plate with the same old shit with the 3 boring open face corn tortilla tacos with only onion and cilantro while you stand there like an idiot thinking you're in the El Norte food region of Mexico. You're not. You're in a gas station parking lot in El Segundo. Seattle area Ameri-Mex is much better. It's time to get fresh! Taco Time!

The area is already heavily historical and has a few underground tours that go into the history of the area, we could do underground tours, do an annual costume contest with a prize, host a costume parade, listen to musical guests, take historical photos and do other things like that. This event would be open to anybody who wants to take part in the event and the major styles would largely be Victorian/Elizabethan outfits but we could also allow for Victorian goths, Steampunks, and things of that nature. It could bring in more tourism, help stimulate the local economy, bring back some sorely needed pride to Pioneer Square, and could be a cool event for people who live nearby. Just checking to see what other people think. I posted a few example pictures of myself in the "Victorian Goth" style since people already have taken a lot of photos of me around these areas when I've gone out on walks dressed up in that style in that area. Why does Costco Redmond never give out any samples? Costco in Kirkland on the other hand gives plenty of tasty samples.
I’m always suspicious about the travel times on google and Apple Maps - Just curious if anyone makes that commute to work and how long is it? I’d be driving if that helps.
Some field goals are worth more than 3 points! (Only photo edit was removing power lines)
If you were witness to a vehicle striking a Mastiff along Miltary Rd this afternoon/early evening near 288th, please report it. I don’t know how long that sweet boy was on the side of the road for. He was able to get to an ER vet. He had no collar, no chip, he could have been abandoned idk anything is possible. Unfortunately the vet/vet tech had said it wasn’t looking too well for him. Big thank you to the VEG ER staff who gave the quickly named Winston, comfort and love.
Hi Seattle! I’m Aleksandra, a mosaic artist, and I wanted to share a little studio update. I just opened my own mosaic studio in Magnolia, and today I taught my first group class there ! It was really exciting (and a little surreal) to finally see people sitting around the tables, making mosaics together. We’re working on pet portrait mosaics — everyone used a photo of their own pet and is turning it into a mosaic using glass and tile. Here are a few photos of the class in progress. I’m teaching the next Pet Portrait Workshop on November 14 & 15 . It’s a two-day class, and no previous mosaic experience is needed. If you’ve ever wanted to try mosaic or make something special of your pet, I’d love to have you join us! Sign up / class details https://www.magnoliamosaic.com/classes

This was from today's SNL UK. It just reminded me of every post here complaining about Lime bikes/scooters in Seattle. Regardless the city or country, the conversations around Lime are universal
Hi! I (24TransFem) am trying to get out and live a lil now that I'm moved out and on my own. Live in Everett but my gal pals suggested I go out to Seattle on the weekends. Never been clubbing, but is Kremwerk a good intro space for it? Thanks in advance, and if you do think it's a good first try, gimme some cocktail suggestions too! :3 (I am a fan of sweeter stuff)
