Hello! I’m looking for a dog trainer that specialized in herding breeds and breaking mouthy play habits. My dog never bites, and does not play mouthy with humans. She is very sweet. Just when she plays with other dogs (especially younger energetic dogs) she likes to play “rough” and mouthy. She doesn’t go down hard on dogs, but i want to try and break the habit nonetheless. I’ve tried positive reinforcement, and queues shes responsive to for other types of training with little success. I’m hoping to find a trainer to help. Know of any for this specific play behavior? She is a 13 month old mcnab, collie, aussie, german shepherd, etc mix.

T-mobile like many other American F500 companies are laying off local workforce and importing foreign, cheap labor via H1B. Behind these so-called “efficiency drives” lies corporate greed and ethnic discrimination. H1B at its genesis was legitimately a positive program but very soon it became a tool to replace American workers and perpetuate ethnic nepotism and bias. This is particularly disheartening because this replacement is being championed by none other than the leadership themselves.

I live in Midvale Gardens, next to city hall. Since our OG property manager died things have gone downhill. The new manager has a hate-on for everyone living here, and does absolutely no repairs or improvements. One very dear neighbor is being harassed to remove all playground equipment donated by her and other families; we put it up for the littles who are too young for school and are kicked out to the courtyard all day. Can someone make it make sense to remove healthy stimulating toys because the single worst neighbor (called APS and cops on them multiple times, their disabled adult daughter gets locked out and breaks into other units for basic needs) "doesn't like" it being there? We've all been refused copies of our lease, but I never saw anything in it saying play equipment is not allowed.

My partner has a job opportunity in Asheville NC and we’d have to move before the end of the year but our lease renewal literally just started 😕. Our landlord is pretty cool and I believe he will do his best to find a replacement tenant but with us potentially moving Nov 1st or later I’m worried there won’t be anyone looking for rentals until Spring and we’ll be stuck paying double rent for months. Has anyone else had a similar situation and can say how long it took to find a replacement? It’s a 3 bed 1 bath, $1350 a month. Outdated though, doesn’t have AC or dishwasher.

Hello my beloved city of Everett, I am the guy who walks around in all black talking to myself in public… I suffer with a mental health condition that is nobody else else’s business, but I am a peaceful and harmless man… There is no city in the world as great as Everett Washington and I’d appreciate it if you could give me a thumbs up if you agree… If we have met on less than positive terms please consider the beef squash… I know that my north Everett neighbours despise me at one point but no longer will they have to.
