In an epic feat of storytelling and drawing on a remarkable amount of newly available material on all the major figures involved, Burrough reveals a web of interconnections within the vast American underworld and demonstrates how Hoover’s G-men overcame their early fumbles to secure the FBI’s rise to power.

Hi all! I have been sober a little less than a year, and am struggling to connect to other sober people in the community. I am not much of an AA guy so its been tough to meet new people. Like a lot of you, my old social life revolved around bars and drinking buddies, so I am relearning what my new life looks like outside of that. Any suggestions would be welcome, and I am willing to try anything once. I would absolutely love to connect with a sober group to watch Seahawks games with, I miss that most of all. Thanks all in advance!

Hi all, Looking to see if anyone knew of places that have board game nights nearby. I believe the game shelf in Kent does on Mondays but would love to know of other places. Prefer mid to heavy games. Thanks!

Coming in from Bellingham, so public transport options are limited. I have done online research and see that SeaTac Park has a 1st come, 1st served option to plug a Level 1 trickle charger. I will be parking for 6 days and need a place I can reserve with a guaranteed spot. My 2019 Ford hybrid (newish batteries) just doesn't hold a charge after three days, so the trickle charger is needed. Flight schedule makes it a bit tricky to take the shuttles from BLI.

Looking for suggestions for dinner venue for a party of 50. Hoping for Mexican food if possible, but plated dinners not buffet. Drinks and lively atmosphere with good food. Our conference is in Bellevue, but we can charter a bus if its 30 mins out. Any suggestions? I am done with google. Little water cantina can't do plated dinner. Cielo is booked. The rest of the restaurants can't do buyout. Thank you.
My wife and I just got back from a two week stint in Vietnam and we both agreed this was our favorite meal. It was unbelievably good. https://www.vietnamonline.com/entry/com-hen-rice-with-baby-clams.html pic "The recipe is quite intricate, featuring ingredients such as chilled rice, clams, crispy pork fat, roasted peanuts, chili peppers, banana flowers, star fruit, green apples, mint, taro stems, fermented shrimp sauce, and the essential clam broth. The combination of these elements allows diners to experience a delightful medley of sweet, buttery, salty, sour, bitter, and intensely spicy flavors all at once." I've been craving it for days
