Lived in my house o er thirty years and have been lucky to escape neighbors building a new home. Yesterday was told a new structure, two stories will begin construction next week. Are there any hacks as to dealing with dust, noise, etc. The house being built is in the neighbor's back yard which is about thirty feet from my backyard. Pretty much the title. The event is on Oct 10 in Seattle. I like running and I like music festivals. So I think I should like it? I am 31m and will be attending solo. Is anyone else planning to or have been to similar event elsewhere? I would love to hear some opinions on this. Thanks!
