Will the I-405 construction ever end? Traffic is horrific all times of the day. All types of weather. Side streets are just as bad. Where are all these people going at all times of the day?

I'm looking for someone who can come help my 5th grader and our family create ADHD friendly systems for our house. I do not have ADHD, so I'm struggling to figure out how to help my child. I'd love someone who could coach us as both an individual and a family and help us organize our daughter's bedroom and workspace in a way she can maintain. And looking for someone who could give her tips on dealing with ADHD to make her day run more smoothly or-less of a therapist and more of a coach she could meet with a few times to learn some basics. Does that exist? Does anyone have local recommendations for someone? Or suggestions on what I should google? TIA!

Edit 3: Thanks again to everyone that helped with suggestions, kindness, and checking the areas near them. No luck yet, but we all appreciate all of you inter-web people! Looking for a car that was parked somewhere in Seattle close to the climate pledge arena last night. My father in law drove in from out of town, parked, and had a heart attack while walking to the show. He will be sedated for 2 days, and no guarantee he will remember where he parked. My wife and her mother are in town and have checked with the arena, nearby parking garages and driven up and down the streets near the arena to no avail. They also contacted the PD and received a less than helpful response. They checked his phone and Google maps history. If anyone has any ideas or direction we would all greatly appreciate it.
